This will be brief - no pictures, just a progress report:
After a great visit over lunch in Thiells, NY, with a friend who left DC several years ago (Ann sends a warm hello to Alicia, Diane, and the rest of the gang) I continued to my motel in Holyoke, MA, and a family dinner in Amherst. All is well here, and Merle is lucky to have Emily looking after him back home.
End of story. Tomorrow should be more bloggable.
